Vendor Information

We are always receptive to adding vendors to our active vendors list.
If you are interested in joining our Vendor List, please submit (via email, fax, USPS mail, or drop-off at our office) the following:
  1. A completed W-9 form. Download here. This form is required before any payment can be release to any vendor for any job.
  2. A copy of your license (city, county, and/or state, as is applicable to your profession).
  3. A copy of your insurance binder, submitted to us from your agency. A photocopy will be accepted on a temporary basis, until an official copy is received from your insurance agency. However, we do require an official copy within a reasonable period of time. All insurance binders must clearly identify date of expiration and the type/amount of insurance carried.
Once the above documents are received, you will be entered into our available Active Vendor List.

Other Documents

Additionally, you are welcome to submit business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. These items will be distributed among our property managers. If applicable, please identify any or all departments that you wish to have your documentation distributed to:

 

  • Residential Property Management
  • Commercial Property Management
  • Homeowners & Condominium Association Management
